Moroccan Riad Wooden Door

This door is made by hand in our workshop in Marrakech. It's built the old way, with vertical wood planks and rows of iron nails, like the riad doors in the medina. At the top there's a scalloped Moorish arch, with floral carving filling the corners around it.

In the middle hangs a hand-forged iron ring knocker, the kind you still see on old houses in Marrakech and Fes. The frame is carved all the way around, and the wood has a deep dark finish. It comes with the frame, the knocker and a black iron handle.

Every door is made to your size. After you order, send us the height and width of your door opening and we'll build it to fit. If you're not sure how to measure, we'll help you.

Shipping is free. We pack every door in a wooden crate so it arrives safe.

Since each one is carved by hand, small differences from the photo are normal. No two doors come out exactly the same.
