Therefore, we have a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience with us.

Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to initiate the process. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the product is well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. After the inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Exchange Policy:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
