Moroccan Lantern Carved Door

This door is made by hand in our workshop in Marrakech. In the center, a traditional Moroccan lantern is carved hanging from a chain, under the outline of a horseshoe arch. It's a small scene that reminds you of the lanterns glowing in the doorways of the medina at night.

Around it, a wide border is carved with a fine geometric pattern that frames the whole door. The center is made of vertical wood planks, and the wood has a warm honey finish that shows the grain. It comes with the frame, black iron hinges, a black iron handle and a lock.

Every door is made to your size. After you order, send us the height and width of your door opening and we'll build it to fit. If you're not sure how to measure, we'll help you.

Shipping is free. We pack every door in a wooden crate so it arrives safe.

Since each one is carved by hand, small differences from the photo are normal. No two doors come out exactly the same.
